RYAN DID IT!! I was finally able to get him to run something with me. Kinda spur of the moment. His work was a sponsor for this little 5K so they signed him up. He finished in about 35 minutes, not bad for no training! He even pushed the boys in the stroller most of the way (his boss offered to push them for the other portion), and that is hard work. Hopefully this is the first of many to come :) GOOD JOB RY!!

Way to go Ryan!! I sure hope he catches the bug you did and will be running (or biking) in another one soon... Congrats!
