If I have to watch this guy one more time this week, I might blow him up! That is the last time I rent any Barney movies from the library. I was even thinking of getting Isaac some for Christmas since he likes him so much, but I don't think I will ever own a Barney movie!

Is it bad to crack one of these open at 11:00 in the morning? This has always been my favorite soda but I never used to drink soda that often until I was pregnant with Liam and I increased my intake big time! It is like a beer after a long day at work! Today I drink to calm me for an overload of Barney.

As of late, Isaac has decided to fall asleep at 11:00 PM or later every night! You would think my nights would be struggling with the newborn in the house. But while Liam sleeps peacefully for hours, Isaac gets out of his bed a dozen times! We start bed around 8:30 (bath, brush teeth, read books, then sleep) and he fights us until exhaustion hits! We have closed the door, put him back in the crib, turned off night lights, etc. Every time he climbs out of bed he has a pillow, his two little blankies and his sock monkey in hand and brings them all to our bed. Last night I pretended I was asleep to see what he would do and he threw everything on the bed and climbed up then settled himself next to me to fall asleep. I was going to let it go and let him stay there until he fell asleep, but he just kept pulling my hair and pinching me trying to wake me up. This phase better end soon, I am exhausted! Maybe I should threaten no more Barney :)!

LOL! Oh man Les I am sorry about Barney, I hate that show. I remember ALWAYS watching it with Sierra and Tanner. And I could not stop laughing about Isaac crawling into bed with you then being naughty! These are the days :)

O my heck. I was thinking how cute it was that Isaac was climbing into bed with his pillow to sleep next to you. LOL then he pinches and pulls your hair. Wow that is hilarious.
You need to get Isaac to like backyardigans. It is so easy to watch.

Leslie..(yep, I stalk your blog)...We are right there with you. Laila does the same thing, although I think we've gotten her over the getting out of bed immediately by walking her back to bed, not looking at her or saying one word. But she still gets up in the night a few times for "drink of milk, pleeese" or "hafta go potty" or our favorite, "need to check on the baby". Now she sneaks in and grabs a pillow and sleeps on the floor right by our bed. I've stepped on her a few times. Good luck!! and let me know how you fix this!

lol. I'd love to say it is just a phase but we're still dealing with it and Luke is 3 1/2. I love the visual though of him dragging all his stuff in. I remember doing that to my Dad as a kid. what goes around comes around I guess. I did it for a long time too. :(

Maybe you should put some speakers outside his door that make horrifying sounds. Then he'll be too scared to come out. You're welcome.
