Dinner and a Movie

This last Friday was our 5 year anniversary and what do we do?  The typical Dinner & Movie.  We rarely get out to movies anymore these days so it was just fine.  Ryan took me to Cucina Toscana, an italian restaurant downtown.  Very upscale, I was seriously expecting to order mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, a small dinner salad, and an entree.  Well, I am so not used to the "fine dining" experience.  To start out, our waiter asked us what "type" of water we would like, and I thought he was suggesting drink options.  So all I say is "just water".   Then I can't even pronounce the meal I wanted.  It was very intimidating, but a very lovely dining experience.  It was such a busy joint!  The owner was there greeting every table, and helping prepare plates.  Very unique, I really felt like I wasn't in Salt Lake anymore.  Next year, Olive Garden is just fine for me though.  We also stayed at The Red Lion for the night, just to feel like we got away.  Then Saturday morning we hit "Body Worlds 3".  It was alright, I wasn't all that impressed with it.  Still very interesting though, just too much to look at.  We were there for a good 2 hours.

NKOTB Concert!!

"The Right Stuff"
And to top the weekend off, I took my 8 month prego sister to New Kids on the Block.   Still singing their cheesy tunes!  I only loved New Kids because my sister did, so it was perfect to take her.  She went to their concert when they were here 15 years ago!
