Recipe

So now that I am home more, I have goal to have dinner ready by 6PM to help us avoid eating out and to become the "homemaker" that I long to be. So yesterday was day one and it seemed to be a success. With Ryan being the food connoisseur that he is because of the deliciousness that he sees on the job, I hate cooking because he is so picky. If the cheese isn't imported directly from Mexico, he is not having it! He enjoyed this recipe so I thought I would pass it along. It is so easy, healthy, and yummy. I think it is from a Weight Watcher's recipe book too!

Slow Cook chicken breasts with a bottle of salsa (I just used picante). I set it on the 4 hour setting. When done, shred chicken then add a can of black beans and corn. Just needs to heat up for a few minutes then serve on tortillas with sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. DELISH!

Sounds good. I'll have to try it. A really easy recipe that Chris and I love is...Place your desired amount of chicken in a baking dish. Cover with desired amount of craisins. Cover with French dressing (I like the Albertson's brand). Cook for 30-45 minutes covered at 450 degrees. Serve with rice. It is so easy and really yummy. Sounds weird. . . but I promise it is good.
